1. Order cancellation/change:
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase. Within 6 hours after placing an order, you can cancel, change, or request a full refund for non-personalized products.
For personalized products, due to the fact that each item is made specifically for you and your order, and we start production immediately to complete the manufacturing as soon as possible, we kindly ask that you contact us if you desire to cancel or change your purchase up to one hour after ordering it. Please be informed that after one hour, cancellations or order modifications will not be permitted.
Please email our customer service department at email@example.com to cancel or change your order.
Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel it anymore. You will have to return the order to us to get the refund or exchange or store credit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we appreciate your understanding.
2. Product returns:
In Gollory, we strive to deliver inspiration and 100% happiness with each and every order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn items can be returned to GOLLORY within the warranty period of delivery.
Personalized jewelry pieces are made specially for you; therefore, can either be returned for exchange or store credit.
You must return your original item before we are able to send your new item to production. If you want to exchange an item, please first reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.2 Damaged Item:
Send email to email@example.com to contact us.
Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the matter.
You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
3. Order is placed to a wrong address *Very Important*:
Please double confirm the shipping address when you place order. We will ship your order as soon as we can, you can still change the shipping address within 24 hours after placing an order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After 24 hours of order placing, the shipping address can not be changed and refund is not supported. If the delivery failed due to wrong or not detailed enough address that you fill in order placement, the order will NOT be refunded or returned.
4. Order is failed on delivery:
Please ensure that your contact phone number is reachable when your order arrives at your destination post office. If the delivery fails due to missing phone calls, you will be responsible for working with your local post office to process the order. The order cannot be refunded until we receive it back.
5. Used products:
We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.
6. Refund process
The customer must email to email@example.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to us. Or the refund will not be issued. The customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund. You can send the item to our address:

Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
