Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost.
Non-personalized item(s) can be returned to us within 90 days of your purchase. After 90 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
